Fibromyalgia

​Fibromyalgia is a medical condition that medical professionals diagnose when people are experiencing a combination of symptoms such as pain, fatigue, waking unrested, cognitive symptoms, lower abdominal pain or cramps, depression, insomnia, and hypersensitivity. Whoa, those symptoms are all over the place. The one common denominator in those symptoms is inflammation in one way or another. So, our goal to manage fibromyalgia is to manage inflammation. We can do this with cannabis medicine and eating clean. We should eliminate as much proccessed sugar and alcohol from the diet. They are both inflammatory in nature. Processed foods are as well. The approach I use when I speak with people about this condition is to have a controlled point of beginning using cannabis tinctures. What we need to do is control as many variables as possible and introduce cannabis oil into the bloodstream and inflamed systems of the body and mind. The use of CBD, CBC, and THC are effective when managing the symptoms.

Protocol using Cannabis Medicine

 50 mgs CBD/17mgs CBC when waking

50mgs CBD/ 17mgs CBC at 1-2pm


8.5 - 10mgs of THC at 5-6pm
(optional same dose as CBD/CBC dose above)

10 -17mgs of THC at bedtime


These statements have not been approved by the FDA. The FDA classifies cannabis as a schedule 1 substance that has no medicinal properties.
